Disconnect is a multi-layered movie that doesn’t grandstand. It brings stories of the young and not so young, together, and teaches us about liking each other. This, all the while, is despite the film being about something else altogether: the internet. I watched this tonight on Foxtel. It’s airing next week on Wednesday the 22/10 at 12:25 on the Premiere station and again at 2:25 on Premiere +2.

This film, Disconnect, gave me the impetus to start writing this blog (a not inconsiderable thing). Seek it out, or, try to remember the name of it when looking for a well crafted film that doesn’t give up, or give into violence. Google it!
